How to go to the gym regularly
"fun and healthy, strenuous and relaxing"
How I did it: well I just went to a gym close to my home so going was very simple. I love exercising and I treated the daily exercise as a break from my hectic life style.
I don't think that if you hate working out and think about it as a chore you would be able to persevere in it.
Lessons & tips: exercise in a place near to your home and don't overdo it, especially in the beginning.
