How to start running
How I did it: You really have to allocate a small fraction of time each day to running. I chose 30 minutes after school in the afternoon. I had my clothes, shoes and socks in a pile ready to change into when it came time to go. I always made sure my ipod was charged because it makes it so much easier if you are distracted by your favourite song instead of the lovely burning sensation in your legs. (kidding) Also make sure you drink lots of water before and after exercise, and remember to stretch and cool down after exercise (although i usually forget). I hope this helps.
Lessons & tips: Keep pushing yourself, because otherwise you are not really becoming any fitter. (Plateau)
