How to drink tea
How I did it: I just decided one day that tea was better. Not only are there more health benefits, there are more flavors!
Coffee is really bitter and tea is a lot more soothing and relaxing, no pucker face!

I started out with fruit teas. I love pomegranate green tea. This is especially good if you don't like black tea, there's more flavor to mask the tang of the tea leaves.
