How to lose 25 pounds
How I did it: I limited myself to 1500 calories a day spread over three meals at specific times and drinking 64 oz of water a day. I eat two granola bars and an apple for breakfast, a reasonable lunch, and a simple dinner of mostly chicken breast with a serving of rice & beans.
Saturday was my cheat day, so I ate whatever I wanted, as long as it was still in correct portion. After a while, I found that the only food worth eating was food that tasted good.
Lessons & tips: Write down all of the reasons you want to lose weight, keep them in your wallet/purse, and keep them in the front of your mind
