How to start a dream (b)log
"Just wrote it down. Easy peasy..."
How I did it: I put this on my list and just waited until I remembered a dream. This morning I remembered a lot but didn't really think there was anything interesting and I almost didn't write it down. I'm so glad I did though, because in writing I remembered something that might be important later. Hmm...
Lessons & tips:
- Keep a journal and pen by your bed
- Keep a journal just for your dreams
- Write down every detail you can remember, even if you don't think it's important at the time (you may find the significance later).
- Write in the present tense (I'm talking with the cat people., I'm walking in Red Square with John Travolta., etc...). It can help you remember more details.
- Don't worry about your handwriting, grammar or spelling (The male was on my bed. Oops, I mean mail was on my bed.)
