How to lose ten pounds
How I did it:
Yep. Also, I didn't do a lot of exercising. I just started walking to places that were within a mile or two of my house, and I made sure I wasn't sitting down doing nothing for more than an hour or so. So I got a lot of other things done, too. :]
I still have man shoulders. -_-
Lessons & tips: Do something other than eat and sit. Don't let yourself think of food. That was my biggest problem. If you think about food you get urges even though you aren't hungry.
Walk a dog, make something, clean house, walk to the library, or play at the park. Keeps your mind off of food and gets you moving.
