How I did it: Research internet and keep looking till you are completely happy. Dont totally right off a house even if out of price range. Haggle Haggle Haggle. Ours was originally over £1200 month and we ended up under £1000 fixed for 2 years.
Lessons & tips: Clean thoroughly old house so you keep all your deposit :-)
