I did the same thing recently too. I wake up more rested and have a better attitude in the mornings. Way to go.
How I did it: Once I stopped drinking for a few weeks and reintroduced it into my "diet", I discovered drinking also made me eat more and exercise less -- a trigger for unhealthy behaviors! Recognizing this has helped motivate me to lay off the sauce and take it more in moderation.
