How I did it: Cooked for two days straight and then cleaned for hours. I used these recipes for the cupcakes; the frosting was great, the cupcakes weren't all that great. Maybe I messed it up though...whenever two different flours are involved, I'm doomed.
Cucumber sandwiches were just cream cheese, dill, and cucumber sliced with a
mandoline, which may make me lose a finger, but I love it.
Pasta salad recipe is secret! Ask me. :) Avocado scones were just the Joy of Cooking recipe with avocados added...couldn't really taste them but it turned green!
