- Find one of those annoying online services like Legalzoom
- Fill out the stupid form
- Wait
Lessons & tips: Just do it already and stop kvetching about the "right" way to do it. The services just file the thing in the government for you. It's worth the 70 bucks. You're running a business, right? If you can't afford that...
Oh, and skip the ridiculously fancy package with the "suitable for framing" edition and the leather folder and all that crap.
