savvybee is ready for church.
This reminded me of one of my favorite passages in the Bible—Matthew 6: 25-34.
Tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
:)
How I did it: I said one day, "God, please show me the way. I'm giving my life over to you right now." And God provided a wonderful counselor that has helped me greatly sort out my misunderstandings about love and relationships instilled in me when I was a child. My husband and I have both made changes and I truly do trust him again. Even though I know now there is no guarantee that he won't hurt me in the future, but that I can't break it off with him now for the hurt he may cause me in the future.
Lessons & tips: When you start worrying about the future, stop and just try to focus on steps you can take right now to get where you want to be. But remember only steps that you can do are in your control - you have no control over the other person's actions.
