How to get my teeth whitened
"Not painful at all, but it took about an hour, so I was bored."
How I did it: My dad's a dentist, but otherwise, you just make an appointment, go to the appointment, sit in the chair, let them put the stuff on you, sit there for an hour, then walk away. I didn't have any sensitivity, but they warned me that I might, so I guess it's a possibility.
Lessons & tips: Don't be nervous. There are no needles. It's probably best to do it when you have just recently had your teeth cleaned.
Resources: A dentist, his teeth-whitening stuff, and a dentist's chair to sit in.
