"It's all in your mind."
How I did it: What I found was the less I worried about my body, the better it looked, the more weight I lost, my skin cleared. Another thing that I think has helped is adopting a vegan lifestyle. I just feel a lot cleaner. And while I'm still trying to cut back on sugar intake, removal of theĀ cholesterolĀ and fat of animal products/byproducts has made me feel more confident and comfortable with myself. This is probably just mindset, but I also think the health benefits are worth considering.
Another thing was just realizing this is my one chance to get it right. I want to treat my body with the respect and consideration it deserves. If I love my curves, others have no choice but to love them as well. It really depends on how you view yourself, treat yourself, love yourself
