How to lose 100 lbs.
How I did it: (pic is not me..but could very well be)
Ya gotta understand, I don't even know what it is to have clavicle pop out, have less than 2 chins, find cute AND cheap clothes that fit, have even MORE male attention (especially the cute ones) and being able to squeeze through tight spots!!
Granted, I lost it mostly due to severe calorie restriction b/c of lack of funds for food but I also had thyroid issues as well. I'm not saying thinner is better, but for me it definitely is and I only wish to God this would have happened in my teens!!!
Lessons & tips: Try to do it as healthily as possible, get your thyroid checked, stay away from excess sugar and diet soda and friggin' BURN THOSE CALS!!!!
Resources: Thyroid issues, no money for decent amount of food, some calorie restriction, exercise a lot!
But that's my experience, results may vary.
