How to gain some weight
How I did it: I first became determined to follow through with this. I started eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I started snacking in between my meals... And, most importantly, I started eating healthy! This made all the difference! =}
I gained 3 inches along my bust (no longer flat!) and 3 in my hips... None on my waist.
Lessons & tips: You WILL not fit into your pants after this, or during, so try thrifting for cheap 'transition' clothes =]
