How to sleep normal people hours (stop staying up so damn late, and sleeping all day..)
How I did it: Just slowly started sleeping earlier. I usually sleep after 2 (and wake after 1 or stay in bed all day, id either be sleep deprived, or over-rested, so i'v made a rule to be in bed before 1 and il just read or watch tv, but it gets me in the mood for sleeping. Now im in bed at 10.30 or 11 and fall asleep around 12! An average night for me is 12pm - 7am everyday even in the weekends i wont sleep until after 10.30 and earlier on the days i have class. its not hard anymore to wake up when i have to! Such an improvement! Its not just a sleep thing. Its motivated me to do more with my days instead of wasting them away just sleeping!
Lessons & tips: set realistic goals, dont make yourself wake up too early yourl just be tired for the whole day, ease your body clock into it.
