How to exercise 30 mins everyday
"It is great now that I'm very active."
How I did it: I was all the time at home in my bed doing nothing,so I asked my mother and she said we could take a walk from monday to friday to the park [wich is right next to our neighborhood] and now, even if I feel like I can't get up, I do it without thinking and it's working! I feel stronger than ever!
Lessons & tips:
- Drink a lot of water.
- If you feel tired stand up and take a little walk -you'll feel better!-
- In just one week you'll see the diference. Now I have more energy in my daily life and maybe in one month I'll wear those jeans the way I used to.
