How to vegetarian
How I did it: I became vegetarian when I was 13 (I'm now 20). I saw some videos online and did some research and it just seemed like the right thing to do. I started giving up things slowly - first meat, then little things like meat broth and other ingredients that are byproducts of meat. It opened up so many food possibilities for me and I started cooking a lot more.
Lessons & tips: I don't think it's that hard to do. For me, it was a really natural thing, but I'm was never a big meat eater. I think the hard parts are looking out for little ingredients (like meat broth) when eating out and explaining to people why you're vegetarian (since people will sometimes annoy you about just to annoy you, but a lot of times they're just curious).
