How I did it: Sketched and thought, and delayed and then just did it. First artist almost screwed it up, 2nd guy is great and saved the day and i'm working on my other arm now and may complete 2 half sleeves. It's still not what i wanted 100 percent, but I can live with it. Now, we're still touching it up and adding to it, because as I said, the first guy did not do a great job. I have the dragon now, on my other arm i have eagles, i'd like to get a tiger and a koi, then i have all 4 elements represented.
