How I did it: It just took time. Turning 30 sucked. It hurt and many people didn't understand why and that made it harder - but this one wasn't so much about them but about me. I am a year older now and while I am not loving being in my 30's I don't cringe every time someone asks my age either.

Lessons & tips: Time will make it easier - no matter why it is hard for you

I have measured my life in numbers…18, graduation, 21 legally being able to drink..23 an pregnant, 30 and pregnant (see things could be worse)..wait 39..(yep, pregnant again)....and amazingly, the nice thing about getting older…is you stop comparing yourself, to everyone else..and you embrace, all that life has left to offer you..I wish, I would have welcomed life…at 20, like I am clinging onto it at 46
