How to sleep normal people hours (stop staying up so damn late, and sleeping all day..)

How I did it: exercise, eating right and not getting stressed about not being able to sleep.. meditation/yoga.. I found that because I thought i knew i wouldnt be able to sleep.. it stressed me out and put loads of pressure on it. and that in itself would stop me falling asleep. i was even staying up until 7am and then falling asleep and missing uni which was making me frustrated. oh yeh, and.. dont go on your computer or watch tv up to an hour before you go to sleep..cause it makes your mind really active.
