How to see Phantom of the Opera on Broadway
How I did it: My sister had a singing event in NYC, so we went and blew money on Broadway productions because we happen to live in Alaska. So we got all fancy and dressed up and headed down to this old theater where the play started at 8 pm. What I remember the most distinctly is the giant elegant chandelier than seems just to be apart of the theater and not the production came crashing to the stage. And oh man their voices blew me away. That is why I hated the movie is because the voices in the movie were nothing compared to the flowing beauty issuing from the actors mouths in the Broadway musical. I highly recommend it.
Lessons & tips: Savor the moments
Resources: a plane ticket and a play ticket. Also some nice clothes but make them comfortable so you are not distracted from the performance.
