How to use the computer less
"I was using my computer 24/7, and now only 30 minutes / day"
How I did it: I decided to use it only 30 minutes / day (2 x 15). So I just kept it turned off, when I was not using it, and when I would have my 15 minutes I would set my alarm clock and I would write down all the things that I could do if NOT infront of my computer.
This worked great for me.
