How to do one hundred consecutive push-ups
How I did it: I followed the six week program, but repeated a few weeks for a couple of reasons. I got sick 2x and that threw off my schedule a bit. Still, persisting through it paid off.

Lessons & tips: The last week, I tested myself a few times early in the week, then rested two days and hit it again to take it to completion. The rest really helped.
It took me 6 minutes to complete the pushups. My next goal is to try and bring that time down.
