How to try new foods
"Venturing outside my comfort zone helped me realize there's more good food out there than what I was used to."
How I did it: Whenever I went grocery shopping or out with friends I'd pick something I'd never had before along with something I knew I liked (just to be on the safe side lol). I didn't let people's opinions about different foods influence me anymore, I tried foods even if my friends said they didn't like it...and sometimes I didn't like it either but other times I did. It just like anything else :you got to do it/try it for yourself and make your own decisions.
