How to write daily
"It is so wroth doing this every day. I have learned a lot about myself by doing this!"
How I did it: I set a specific time every day and just made myself sit down and write no matter what came out. It wasn't about creating the great American novel, it was about getting my thoughts and life down and out of my head so that I could move forward from the previous things and be open to experiencing new things.
Lessons & tips:
- Commit and just DO it.
- Set a specific time each day to write.
- Write no matter what comes out.
- Let go of the outcome and just experience the process.
