How to forgive him
It made me
still a bit numb 
"he hurt me again"
How I did it: let my fist open and release....watch his soul leave my heart...waited to feel the pain...waited for him to return, he hasn't...I forgive him. I am numb without him because we used to be one...he doesnt know how to love ut I forgive him....I swear I do.
