How to eat five fruit/vegetables a day

How I did it: I went to the grocery store and bought nothing but fruits and veggies, along with orange juice (two servings of fruit in every cup!), Total Cereal, and some high fiber oatmeal. If I don't buy anything else, I certainly can't eat anything else!
Lessons & tips: It takes around three weeks to form a habit, if you can bust your ass for that long-- you should be able to stick to it.
