How to touch my toes
How I did it: I stretched every day for two weeks during my break. Apparently I can't publish this until I hit the 150 character minimum, but that's really all there was to it!
Oh! Here's some advice from a fitness instructor of mine. If stretching one hamstring at a time is easier than stretching both at the same time, your LOWER BACK might restricting you in the two-leg version! Stick to the single-leg stretches until you see an improvement with those. In the meantime, try a lower-back stretch like Child's Pose.
Lessons & tips: Forget about doing it in one shot. Just make stretching part of your routine. Your head will touch the ground before you know it! o.o
