How to exercise
How I did it: I joined a gym and started to go for 20 minutes a day. I would do cardio for 10 and then lift weights for 10. Every day I would increase each a little until I was there for an hour or more every day.
Lessons & tips:
Always carry a gym bag or exercise shoes in your car.....no excuses! If your tired and don't feel like working out....tell yourself that you will only give it ten minutes then. After ten minutes...you will probably still feel like you can put in another ten....and then you have done at least twenty!
