How to drink more water
"I just started drinking more water. so simple"
How I did it: Just push your self to do it, and then when you don't drink water you are going to feel so thirsty that eventually you will drink!!!
A great tip is to drink one glass or two right when you get up from bed. Then the rest of the day you don't have to drink so much! 2 are already gone while you are half asleep...lol...
