How I did it: I actually just ate meat today for the first time in a week, actually, because I was really upset and stressed out, and my (vegetarian!) friend brought them to me as a cheer up president. (they were delicious) But... I haven't been finding it hard to cut back on meat in general. I simply don't buy it at the store.  If I'm at a restaurant or cooking with someone else, I'll eat meat, but not usually at home.  I have felt more healthy, although I think that's because I eat most of my meat in processed foods, and I've cut those out as I cut meat out.
