How to eat less junk food
"once you stop, you realize how much better you feel and you just don't want to eat it anymore. And if you do, you realize how rotten you feel afterwards and that's all it takes!"
How I did it: One day I ate an entire bag of tortilla chips. I felt sick for two days - after that I decided no more junk food. Once in a while I'd crave something and after eating it, I just feel sick. So now, I always remember how good I feel and how terrible I feel when I eat something junky.
