How to not take things so personally
How I did it: This goal takes a long time because you have to teach yourself to control your emotions. At first it seems unnatural to tell yourself to forget about it, and put it away. But once you say okay, I am not going to let this get to me and you say it enough then you no longer have to say it to yourself because you just do it automatically. The way I have been thinking about it, is that somewhere along the way I became hypersensitive as way to deal with mean people. It's a bad habit and all bad habits can be broken with enough will power.
Lessons & tips: Anytime someone says something or does something that you take personally that you shouldn't just remind yourself not do react that way. Do that every time.
