How I did it: Soooo I went on for 2 years not doing anything proper about it, just getting applications half filling them out or filling them out and not handing them in and then i just sat down wrote a CV, went into a restaurant in my area, walked in gave it to them BAM i get a call the next day telling me to come in for a trial and I'm hired. First place applied for.
