How to do the splits

How I did it: Stretched, stretched, stretched. Every day, twice a day. You need to really work at it, google some good stretches, and go for it. I promise you will not only feel great health wise, but genuinely feel great about yourself!
Lessons & tips: Try stretchin after a warm shower.
