How to win nanowrimo

"...how did THAT happen?"
How I did it: Would you believe me if I said I had no idea? I just...er...gave up, then didn't give up, then gave up again, then didn't give up, then...just wrote. And wrote and wrote and wrote (and angsted) and wrote (and got drunk) and wrote and then on the 29th of November, in the early morning, I had a novel.
Lessons & tips: Write. Just write. I suppose it also helps if you really love the characters you create, too.
