How to work out more
"Persevere!"
How I did it: I started out doing AWESOME... back in the beginning of winter quarter. Then I broke my toe. And then I got awfully sick. I was out of commission for about a month. But I've started going to the gym and working out again, and I can say now that I work out most days of the week. It makes me feel so much better and like I'm not spending all of my time cooped up in my dorm studying (only most of my time xD).
Lessons & tips: Stick to it! The gym will get old pretty fast, so play Dance Dance Revolution or a sport or go for a walk outside. Variety is the spice of life.
