How I did it: I had been thinking of getting a job for a while, but I was worried about having a full time school load as well as keeping up with a good job. In addition to that I was afraid that my hectic school schedule would turn off any potential employers. Fortunately I found this internship at an accounting firm. They are willing to work around my schedule, and I will be full time for the summer. And the best part is that the internship is ongoing. It doesn't end at the end of the semester. So, I have a feeling that this is going to open a lot of doors for me.

Lessons & tips: Have a good interview and an impressive resume. It is definitely the most important since this is your first impression to the company.
