How to come out
It made me
BI-SEXUAL 
"IN...Well I wasn't really IN.I fell in love with a woman.Then I labelled my self as bi-sexual.Then I realised it isn't a secret to keep.I am proud of my love and my sexuality."
How I did it: I evolved.
I told the woman how I felt but was rejected.
I asked for the support I needed from friends and family.
I came to terms with rejection.
I loved.
I lost.
I gained.
