How to get more sleep
"I just sleep when I'm tired now, and wake up when I wake up, and that system seems to be working pretty well."
How I did it: I think I sleep more than I need to actually. It seems like when I control how much I sleep, say to only 7 or 8 hours a night, and I get used to this pattern, I sleep a lot more restfully, and it's good because I'm not spending so much time in bed when i could be doing other things. I used to think I needed 10 hours to be at 100% - not so, apparently.
