How to keep a food diary
How I did it: I wrote an entry under the goal logging every calorie I ate, losing 8 lbs. at one point. eventually I learned portion control and which foods to eat/avoid, and didn't need to diary anymore. Now I can keep track of calories on my own and I have begun making healthier choices. :)
