How to quit Smoking
"I feel so much better, and could breath better in just one week!"
How I did it: I didn't need any fancy chemicals in a patch or a pack of gum. I just got really sick for about a week, and then slept for two days straight. When I woke up, I couldn't stand the smell that encompassed my bedroom. It made me nauseous and want to stay outside the house until it aired out. My next step is to help my boyfriend and his parents quit smoking.
Lessons & tips: If you smoke, go to your bathroom, light one up, and then take a hot shower. It really makes your nose wake up to the awful smell that surrounds you all the time.
