How to stop eating junk food
How I did it: I had a really bad colesterol level on a recent bloodtest and had basically to go on a radical diet, just that. At first it was torture but then I became so much leaner and fit (lost about 12kg in a month and a half). Its amazing how junk food poisons the body and thus the mind. I became more energetic, woke up earlier etc...
Evrybody should do it. Plus I ate all I wanted: Tomatoes, apples, lettuce etc...
