How to exercise daily
How I did it: I just flat-out kept MAKING myself.
I started with walking 2 miles a day, and now, 3 months later, I'm running 3 miles 5 days a week!
I'm much more lean and toned now.
5'8, 130 pounds. :)
I feel much less stressed, even when I don't feel like exercising, after a workout, the stress is gone and I feel SO good.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up and undermine all of your hard work. Never give up after you've already gone so far.
