How I did it: The patch for 3 weeks, njquits.com and stretching. A deep stretch seemed to release something in my muscles which helped calm and combat cigg urges. It was worth it and although I have my moments a ciggarette seems worth it, I focus on how great I feel now. I have changed into a better person.
Lessons & tips: Baby yourself - this is hard. Who cares if you eat like crap for a few weeks or gain a few pounds. Its all part of the process!
