How to learn Adult First Aid and CPR

How I did it: I did a course about a year ago, It lasted one day and for the most part it was just common sense.
I just hope that now I know how to do it, I don`t have to use it. I did enjoy playing with the resucitation dolls though.
Lessons & tips: Make sure you are on an acredited course, most are now but i`ve heard of people doing one and then finding out its not officially reconised.
