How to lose 20 lbs
How I did it: I joined Sparkpeople.com, a website that has millions of users where you can make your own page, write journal entries, post on message boards, track your food and exercise, etc. I began tracking my food on this site, checking my fat, protein, calories, sodium, and carbs. I drank 8 glasses of water per day, worked out...I have to admit, I slacked a lot while losing that 20 lbs but I did it
Lessons & tips: Track your food
Workout at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes
Do strength training 2-3 times per week
Don't cut out your favorite foods..just limit how much you eat of it (EX: eat a small fries vs a large fries)
Drink water...lots of it
