How to learn to raise one eyebrow
"So much can be said by so little these days."
How I did it: Over the course of three months, I went through my own vigorous facial muscle excercises. From getting to know my facial muscles a bit to a little face yoga, I got my forehead stronger and eventually, I can give crazy looks.
- Use your fingers to lift one eyebrow up and push one down.
- Hold that for about five seconds.
- Feel the muscles in your face work. Which ones are moving?
- After doing this a few times, let go. After about a hundred times, it should slightly stick.
- Soon, try and do it without your fingers.
- Practice, practice, practice.
