How I did it: I started by just holding my hand under hot water or too close to a flame. Then I would press recently lit lighters into my flesh, burning myself with the hot metal. Then I moved onto actually touching the flame. From there it went to putting cigarettes and matches out on my skin. Now I get fancy, and actually have a couple different branding irons that I make myself and use!
